Matthew & Melissa Bastianelli ,twins were born in 1995 with Cerebral Palsy. Each year 8,000 infants, nearly 1,500 preschool-age children are diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy. Cerebral Palsy is a term used to describe a group of chronic disorders imparing control of movement that appear in the first few years of life. The disorders are caused by faulty developement of or damage to the motor area in the brain that disrupts the brain’s ability to control movement and posture.
